  • What frameworks are supported?

    Auditly supports NIS 2 out of the box. You can also use it for ISO 27001, GDPR, and custom frameworks.

  • Can I try it before paying?

    Yes. The Starter plan is completely free, no credit card required.

  • What happens when I reach my organization limit?

    You’ll be prompted to upgrade. You won’t lose access to existing organizations, but you won’t be able to add new ones until you upgrade.

  • Can I invite teammates or collaborators?

    Yes — Growth and Enterprise plans include team management so you can assign roles, delegate reviews, and collaborate efficiently.

  • Can I customize the questions or frameworks?

    Absolutely. You can create your own policy templates or modify existing ones like NIS 2 or ISO 27001. This feature is available on all paid plans.

  • Do companies I invite need to pay?

    No. Only the admin (typically a consultant or compliance lead) pays. Companies access and respond to assigned tasks for free.

  • Can I export everything for an audit?

    Yes — with a paid plan, you can generate branded PDF summaries of all compliance activity, including timestamps, notes, and attachments.

  • How secure is Auditly?

    We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to ensure your data stays secure and private. Full security documentation is available upon request.

  • Is there a limit on file uploads?
